Jimmy Moore - 18v issue

On September 30th, 2025 Jimmy Moore reached out notifying me that his WVC-PRO was automatically turning on when powered by 17.5v even though the remote wire was powered off.

I offered to warranty the unit, pay for shipping, and in the event of not being able to remedy the issue, replace or refund as per our warranty policy.

During this exchange, he chose to use derogatory language and refused to send the unit in (even for a refund).

The following morning, he posted on FB directly and shared the post to FB group I Just Wanna BANG! falsely claiming I scammed him.

Please note, he originally shared screenshots of our exchange but took them down after folks brought to his attention that warranting a product which does not perform as advertised is standard practice.
