Why was my pre-order refunded

In order to better manage a large order backlog and shipping-date notifications for our customers, we've moved to a pre-order model where only fully completed products which have started full production runs will go on pre-order.

If you've pre-ordered any products which aren't yet ready for production, your order has been cancelled and you've been fully refunded. Please follow our social media pages or subscribe to our newsletter for notifications when the product you pre-order is ready for production and goes back on pre-order.
